Actor Karan Patel, who essays Raman in popular soap opera “Yeh Hai Mohabbatein”, is said to be planning to shave off his head for the show as its story takes a forward leap of a decade.

The leap will show Raman and Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) separated from each other and living their lives in different cities. There will be a major turn in the story which leads the couple to get separated as Raman questioned and doubted Ishita’s love for their daughter Ruhi (Ruhanika Dhawan) who will now be seen with Nidhi (Pavitra Punia).

“The look and storyline is being kept very confidential. The new cast getting locked, is also kept under wraps. As of now, what we can say is that Karan Patel is going to sport a bald look on the show,” said a source from the production house.

“Karan, who is a great performer is leaving no stone unturned and has willingly accepted the new look,” the source added.

“Yeh Hai Mohabbatein” is aired on Star Plus.

The latest bahu in telly world Rajni (Ridhima Pandit) Kant from Life OK’s drama Bahu Humari Rajni_Kant (Sonali & Amir Jaffer), is for sure impressing us with her ideal bahu avatar.

A source shares, “As programmed by Shaan (Karan V Grover) while Rajni will be determined to prove herself as the perfect bahu by cooking for her new family, Rajni’s sister-in-law’s entry will spice up the drama. Shaan’s sister Shogota (Neha Kaul) will be of opinion that every woman should have an identity of their own, rather than trying to project themselves as ideal bahu”.

While Rajni will whole heartedly serve her in-law, Shogota will get irked with Rajni’s such attitude. Being a noted designer, Shogota will taunt Rajni for not being an independent professional.

Though Rajni will maintain her calm during the tiffs with her sister-in-law, Shogota on the other hand, will lose her temper ending up into a fight with Rajni.

It seems that in coming days, Shogota and her mother (Pallavi Pradhan) will team up against Rajni to bother her.

Star Plus’ popular show, Diya Aur Baati Hum (Shashi Sumeet Productions) will see a major development, and the new track opening up will keep the viewers glued to the TV sets.

Well, entering the show now to spice up proceedings will be the hot and handsome Abhinav Shukla.

Yes, you heard it right!! had earlier reported about Ragini Shah aka Maasa coming back to the show. We now hear that Abhinav has been roped in to play Maasa’s suave and handsome grand son.

As per reliable sources, “Maasa’s family will suffer a huge loss wherein they will see the unfortunate death of Abhinav’s wife. And the biggest turning point will be that Emily (Pooja Singh) would be indirectly responsible for the lady’s death.”

As per the ongoing track, the car in which Emily was traveling met with an accident. And the otherwise soft-spoken and kind Emily has been feeling guilty about it.

Now, her life will go through a sea-change, owing to the accident, is what we hear.

Also entering the show along with Abhinav will be actors Supriya Kumari and Priyanka Singh. Supriya who was last seen in DD1’s Anudamini will play a childish character, a girl who is mentally challenged. Priyanka who was last seen in Badii Devrani will play Supriya’s younger sister. Both the girls will be Abhinav’s siblings, and grand daughters of Maasa.

As per a reliable source, “Maasa will soon be seen entering the Rathi family, with a purpose in mind. She will be accompanied by her two grand daughters and a grand son. The track will draw out lot many hidden skeletons that will shake the Rathi family.”

When contacted, Priyanka Singh confirmed the news but refused to share any details.

Bollywood’s dancing diva Madhuri Dixit has been zeroed in on as the third judge for the upcoming Indian version of internationally acclaimed dance format “So You Think You Can Dance“.

Madhuri, a trained kathak dancer, has showcased her talent in several Hindi films and popular songs. The ease in the expressions that she showcases in her dance beautify her prowess.

She has even judged dance reality TV show “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa” in the past.

Apart from Madhuri, the desi “So You Think You Can Dance” which will be aired on &TV, will also feature choreographers Terence Lewis and Bosco Martis as judges.

“Bosco will take charge of street and raw urban style while I’ll look into the technical aspects of the stage performances. Madhuri will oversee the Indian styles,” Lewis said in a statement.

Internationally, “So You Think You Can Dance” features a tiered format wherein dancers from a variety of styles enter open auditions held in multiple cities to showcase their unique styles and talents.

If allowed to move forward, they are put through additional rounds of auditions to test their ability to adapt to different styles. At the end of this process, finalists are chosen.

The Indian version of the show will go on air in April.

And there will be major scenes wherein Yuvraj and others in the family will save Pratima from the tanker which has been placed in their vicinity. And with Pratima getting saved, the real color of Barbie will be out in front of one and all.”

With this, the police will intervene and arrest Barbie for all her wrong deeds.

With Barbie’s ouster, the Birla house will get engulfed once again by the festival of colors, and this time it will be a delightful and joyful one.

Our source further adds, “Fun and laughter will once again prevail, and the family will be seen singing and dancing to dhol and music as they play with colors.”

As per reliable sources, “Gaurav will don the role of a naagin who would come in a human form. He will be the naagin by name Chutki controlled completely by Yamini (Sudha Chandran). As the track will go on, Yamini will deploy Chutki to keep an eye on Sesha (Adaa Khan).”

If sources are to be believed, keeping in mind Gaurav’s funny image, the makers will give the character a comic edge too.

It’s confirmed!! & TV’s Adhuri Kahani Humari lead, Mahima Makwana is not being replaced as per the rumours floating around!!

Well, ever since the tiff between the leads of the show Mahima and Laksh Lalwani was reported during the Holi shoot, news of Mahima’s replacement started to gain momentum.

A certain media reported about Bidaai fame Sara Khan and Sanjeeda Sheikh in contention of replacing the actress.

However, our source refutes all such rumours, saying small issues do creep up on every set. And the issues on the set of Adhuri Kahani have been taken care of. No such replacement is happening.

Confirming the news, Producer Gul Khan quoted to saying, “These are all baseless rumours, and there is no fact to it. I really do not understand why media does not cross-check before writing something. Mahima is very much with us. Yes, we keep approaching other actors for various new roles in the show, but it was never for an option to replace Mahima.”

Mahima too told us, “Yes, the Producer Gul Khan personally met me and we cleared things.”

Well, with this confirmation coming, dust on this rumour settles down….
