Devika to get KIDNAPPED in Life OK’s Kalash

Life OK’s Kalash – Ek Vishwaas (Balaji Telefilms) will see a new twist in the tale with Manju Grewal (Alka Amin) crossing all limits of wickedness.
In order to get a hold on Janki Raichand’s (Dolly Sohi) property, Manju will get Janki kidnapped by her men.
OMG!!
Yes, this will be the next problem that will chase Devika (Aparna Dixit).
As per sources, “Manju will ask Janki to meet her at a jewellery shop. However Janki will be welcomed near the shop by the goons hied by Manju. Janki will get a doubt and will try to call Devika, but she would not be able to get her on the line. The goons will kidnap her and keep her at a hideout.”
We also hear that Janki will listen to her kidnapper’s voice and will identify the person to be a lady, but she will not be able to see her face. On the other hand, Nivedita (Seema Mishra) will get to know of Manju having kidnapped Janki. And she will decide to utilize the situation in her favour.
Will Devika be able to save Janki?
When contacted, Dolly said, “There’s an interesting sequence coming for sure. But I will not want to open it up.”

The bold and brave Vj Bani is smitten by love. The Bigg Boss star is dating the young television actor Yuvraj Thakur.
As per media reports, it’s been four months since the duo has been dating.
When we buzzed Yuvraj, he shared, “I am a very different kind of a person and don’t like to talk much about my personal life. Yes, it’s true I am dating her but I would not like to divulge more details.”
When asked him how they two met, he replied, “We both met in a gym.”
Recently, another contestant from Bigg Boss Om Swami alleged that something’s brewing between Gaurav Chopraa and Bani, hence we asked Yuvraj if he gets affected with such link up news, to which he replied, “Firstly, I haven’t watched a single episode of Bigg Boss and I don’t want to comment on these kind of questions.”
So is he insecure? “Why would you ask me that? I am not at all insecure!”

Cloud nine moment: Neha Sargam shares stage with her idol Sonu Nigam

Singer cum actress Neha Sargam is on cloudnice these days after she shared stage with her idol Sonu Nigam.
The pretty and multi talented Neha Sargam, who has entertained one and all with her acting talent, happens to be a find got from Sony TV’s popular reality show Indian Idol, in which she participated as a contestant.

Neha surely impressed judges and the audience with her soothing voice and now after coming a long way in the field of acting, she recently lived her dream for real as she shared stage with the singing sensation Sonu Nigam at a concert held in Dubai.

An elated Neha told us, “Sonu Nigam was my judge when I was a contestant in Indian Idol. One day, I was having a conversation with him over texts for the article he wrote about Rafi Ji. Towards the end of our conversation, he asked me if I am still into singing and then he asked me to send him a singing clip of mine. He liked the clip and after few days, I was told that I have to sing along with him at a concert being conducted in Dubai. It was a totally different experience to sing along with him. I was so happy to know that he showed confidence in me and gave me an opportunity to share stage with him. He has been my crush since a long time and it was so difficult for me to sing along with him.”

“I have met Sonu Nigam at few award functions too where he used to tell me that he follows my work and feels proud and happy for me. It means a lot when a person like Sonu Nigam encourages you. I am looking forward to singing with him again. It has been a major shift from being a contestant to singing with your idol,” signed off Neha.

Bigg Boss 10: Synopsis for Day 40

As a new day dawns inside the Bigg Boss house under Rohan’s able captaincy, the contestants wake up to the ‘Appy Fizz theme song – Chal Ud Zara’. While dividing the household chores, Rohan gets into an argument with Nitibha because she agreed to prepare breakfast only after completing her makeup routine. When Rohan tries to reason with her, Nitibha points out even that Lopamudra follows the same mantra but has never been questioned.

Soon, Rohan’s renewed captaincy earns him some powers. Bigg Boss asks him to select 4 of the weakest contestants from the luxury budget task. Without skipping a beat, Rohan immediately takes Om Swami’s name and this irks the man a great deal. Exasperated with Om Swami’s cribbing and inability to accept punishment, Gaurav taunts him while asking him to stop with his politics inside the house. The banters continue and after giving the matter a lot of thought, Rohan zeroes in on Om Swami, Nitibha, Mona and Lopa to receive the punishment.

Come evening, it’s time for the punishment task wherein the 4 nominated contestants have to sit inside cubicles created in the garden area. Rohan is asked to stand on the podium placed behind the cubicles. Rohan becomes the puppet-master with the ability to administer punishment to any contestant he deems fit basis the options presented by Bigg Boss. The first compartment has two slabs of butter which one contestant needs to consume as a part of their punishment. Rohan names Om Swami to take this on. Om Swami, in turns, gets upset and calls Rohan many unsavoury names. As more drawers are opened, the drama levels increase with punishments like going to jail and lying on a stretcher come into play.

By the end of the day, Om Swami brings the house down with his antics. His choice of words and actions turns everyone against him. Even when Manveer tries to calm him down, Swami ji continues to antagonize everyone in the most inappropriate way. His absurd behaviour leads to the contestants wanting to boycott him. On the other hand, though, Manu and Mona discuss the contestants’ partiality towards Rohan pointing out that none of them supported Mona when Swami ji was nasty to her. Soon, Manu, Manveer and Mona start having second thoughts about boycotting Om Swami. But, will the housemates stand together for once?

Jodha Akbar actress roped in for Star Plus’ Durga

The actress’s involvement in the show will bring out some twist and turns to the storyline…
Star Plus is soon going to roll out another fiction drama in the next couple of months helmed by Paperbags Films Pvt Ltd.
The show, titled Durga, will have Nidhi Nautiyal playing the titular role.
Actors Rajesh Shringarpure and Vicky Ahuja too have been roped in to play pivotal characters in the drama.
Now, we hear that Ishq Unplugged (Channel V) and Jodha Akbar (Zee TV) actress Geet Sharma has been roped in to play an important role on the show.
Our source informs us, “It’s a cameo of sorts. She will essay the role of Pooja who would plan to cheat Durga’s family with her accomplice boyfriend, but will end up being cheated herself. Finally, she will take a stand against the act.”
When we contacted Geet, she confirmed being a part of the show but refused to share any further details.

Zee TV’s Kaala Teeka to take 5 years leap

Leaps are always welcoming, for audiences of a show.
After Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, another TV show is set for a jump.
It is Zee TV’s Kaala Teeka (DJ’s Creative Unit) which will soon take the story five years ahead.
Finally, there will be victory of good over evil as Kaali (Simran Pareenja) will manage to kill Devri (Vineet Raina).
After five years, Kaali will be blessed with second daughter with Nandu (Mayank Gandhi).
Kaali and Nandu will be together and Nandu will recover a bit from his mental ailment.
On the other hand, Yug (Rohan Gandotra) and Gauri (Fenil Umrigar) will also live a happy life.
As per sources, Vineet might make a comeback in the show in a different avatar.
When we contacted Rohan, he shared, “It’s always exciting to shoot for a leap. Viewers get to watch a different storyline.”
Vineet added, “For now I am out of the show and not sure about my comeback.”
Along with Kaala Teeka, Zee TV’s another popular show Yeh Vaada Raha will soon take the leap of 15 years.

Actress Parul Chauhan not hesitant to play mother on screen!

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’s Swarna Goenka talks about her stint on the show!

Actress Parul Chauhan, who is seen essaying the role of a mother on the show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai says that she has no qualms to play the mother to a grown up on screen. Parul is most know as Ragini from Sapna Babul ka Bidaai and is now seen as Swarna Goenka.

“The role of Swarna Goenka is different, majorly because I am playing a mother to a son who is of marriageable age. I have no qualms in playing a mother on screen. At the end of the day, it’s the character you play that matters. Swarna’s character is unique and different. There will be various shades of her’s that will open up,” Parul said in a statement.

This is the second time the actress is working with producer Rajan Shahi and she said, “I couldn’t say no to him. He has given me all that I have today and I couldn’t have asked for more. People still remember me as Ragini from ‘Bidaai’ and the due credit of this goes to Rajanji only. I really hope the audiences relate to Swarna as well.”

The Zee TV drama finally gets its lead!

Zee TV is all set to add a thriller to their mix of variety of shows. And the one that we are talking about here is a show based on Naxalites, whose storyline will be based in Bihar.

And now, the makers have zeroed in on the lead for their show. The lad is a Ram Gopal Verma alumni. He is Satya 2 actor Puneet Singh Ratn. This will be Puneet’s television debut.

The project will be spearheaded by Chandan Singh, who has worked in the past with the channel.
