Hina feeds Shilpa raw chilli powder and put bugs in her clothes

After the Celebrities facing a tide of evictions, it’s now the three Commoners Puneesh, Bandagi and Luv to face evictions this coming weekend. Testing the limits of gharwale this season, Bigg Boss has put forth a task that will affect not only the luxury budget but also the captaincy this week.
Inspired from famous children’s story ‘Gulliver’s Travels’ the contestants are divided in two groups – Giants (Dawan) and Dwarfs (Lilliput). With the lawn area converted into a land of Lilliput, the dwarfs can capture and hold 1 giant in their custody and by all means possible torture them to tap out of the task. On their knees for the duration of the task, team dwarfs try their best to find new ways to torment the giants, who are tied down on a bench by ropes. Vikas and Priyank are the two ‘Sanchalak’ supervising the task.
The Lilliputs Hina, Arshi, Luv and Akash show no mercy to the Giants and rub chili powder all over Giant Bandagi’ face and body. It doesn’t end there as they threaten to cut off all her hair and shave off her eyebrows. Using Chili Powder as her secret weapon, she continues to put the giants in agony by all means possible. Unfortunately for Bandagi, the Chili powder gets into her eyes and she begs for mercy till Vikas intervenes.
Next giant is Shilpa who is fed raw chili powder by Hina and has her face covered in lipstick by Arshi. Hina shows off her competitive side as she starts killing bugs and insects around her and puts them inside Shilpa’s clothes. Puneesh is given a similar treatment with wax strips, chili powder and trimmers! Last on the block, Hiten puts his courageous foot forward and gets onto the bench. Out of respect for Hiten, Hina, Arshi and Luv decide to not participate wholeheartedly in the task, but Akash is persistent and does not rest till Hiten’s legs are completely waxed off and his face covered in make-up.

Did Salman Khan evict Sapna despite HIGHEST number of votes?

The controversy surrounding the Coors’ flagship reality show Bigg Boss 11 will not cool down anytime soon. The show has been mired in several controversies right from its inception.
And now, the show is yet again in the news and this time not for the fights akongst the inmates, this time it is for the eviction results.
This time as everyone knew four contestants were nominated for last week’s eviction and all of them were the strongest contenders of the season. Shilpa Shinde, Sapna Choudhary, Hina Khan and Priyank Sharma. During the last Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss, Salman Khan evicted Sapna Choudhary. He said that she has got the least amount of votes, that’s why she has been evicted.
Salman Khan announced Shilpa Shinde is safe on Saturday’s episode, this meant that anyone contestant from Hina Khan, Priyank Sharma and Sapna Choudhary would be evicted. On Sunday’s episode, Bigg Boss introduced a unique elimination process, where a rotating chamber was introduced. All there nominated contestants were made to sit in the chamber and one contestant, who won’t come out of the chamber would be automatically evicted. At the end of the task, Sapna Choudhary was eliminated from the Bigg Boss 11 house.

The eviction of Sapna Choudhary has come as a total shock to fans as well as the housemates. Even we are pretty shocked to see the result. After all, Sapna has a huge fan following especially in North India. In fact, her fans were even running ads in the major newspaper of Haryana asking people to vote for her. That is the reason; we are unable to digest the fact that she has been evicted from the house this week.
In a shocking turn of events, a leading news portal has published that Sapna Choudhary had received the most amount of votes. In fact, Sapna got many more votes than Shilpa, Hina, and Priyank. According to the report, it was Priyank Sharma, who has got the least amount of votes. The report further states that the makers took the decision of eviction based on the content than the number of votes. The portal has also shared a snapshot of the number of votes received by all four nominated contestants.
We were unable to verify the authenticity of this result, as there are no means to do that. However, the eviction of Sapna is still a questionable decision because they’re a strong campaign running in order to save her. When we asked viewers about who should be evicted from the house, Priyank Sharma and Hina Khan got the least amount of votes.
Eviction process has always been under the scanner, as there is no transparency on the eviction process. It is also not the first time; the makers have taken the decision of eviction based on the content rather than the votes. There were several stories about the same in previous seasons as well. Even some contestants have asked questions about the eviction process.

Woah! Triple celebrations at Naman Shaw’s wedding

The good looking actor Naman Shaw tied the knot with his long time girlfriend Nehaa Mishra in Kolkata.

Well, along with Naman and Nehaa’s wedding affair, it was his best buddy Nivaan Sen and Neelu Mahadur’s first wedding anniversary and also Amruta Khanvilkar’s birthday. The three special moments were celebrated with lot of fun and frolic.
When TellyChakkar spoke to Nivaan, he said, “It was really a surprise for me how everything was planned at Naman’s wedding. Naman had a grand entry and Neha came in a Doli. Later on, my wife Neelu and I got a surprise as it was our first wedding anniversary. I am really thankful to Naman, his wife Nehaa, Naman’s family and all my friends for the wonderful surprise. We cut the cake and celebrated our anniversary. Amruta’s birthday celebration followed the next. We all had planned a surprise for her as well. So it was full dhamaal with the triple celebrations during the wedding event.”

Badi Dooooor Se fame Krunal Pandit in Star Plus’ Khichdi

Star Plus’ Khichdi team has opened its gates for another new member in the show.
As we all know, Hats Off’s Khichdi is making comeback on TV and TellyChakkar has been constantly updating on the same to our readers.
Now, according to the latest update, Badi Dooooor Se Aaye Hain and Bajrangi Bhaijaan fame Krunal Pandit is roped in for the show.
Along with talented actor Renuka Shahane and Bakhtiyaar Irani, Krunal Pandit will play a cameo in the above cult show.
According to our sources, Krunal will play a baba who would hypnotise people.
Krunal confirmed the news and shared, “Yes, I will be part of Khichdi and I have a very interesting role to play.”
The cast has already begun shooting and it is expected to launch by mid of January (2018).

One meeting with Dev Anandji changed my life : Rahul Sharma

Ek Ghar Banaunga actor Rahul Sharma has made his feet firm in the telly town & his latest show Kaal Bhairav Rahasya boasts of high TRPs in the first week run itself.
We have heard of many struggle stories in the B-town & though Rahul’s might be just another one off the book but his tryst with yesteryear superstar Dev Anand is one not many would know about.
The actor who hails from Rajasthan’s second smallest district had a long wait before his first big break. The actor recounts one incident that he cannot forget in this lifetime.
Rahul shares, ‘I was waiting in the lounge room of Devji’s production house, the wait was as long as all other meetings I had been doing for the previous 8-9 months and also rejections. During the never ending wait, I see an 85 plus someone walk across the room walking swiftly towards the edit room. It took me few seconds to find out, it was Devji himself. As I witnessed few shaky steps, I walked towards him offering him a hand to which he replied ‘I can take care of myself young man’ I had the biggest smile on my face. I was impressed.’
‘I made my mind, even if I didn’t get the role I was auditioning for, I wanted to meet him personally & requested a friend there if Devji could see me. I walked in the room & he was engrossed in the edits and gave his inputs. He greeted me with so much warmth, he said ‘Oh young man, do good in life & work hard to achieve what you want to’ I took his blessings. The very next day I got a call for my first big TV show Kahani Chandrakanta Ki. That meeting is still fresh in my memory & I’ll always work hard towards what I want. I believe his blessings really worked for me.’

When Team Ishqbaaaz pulled a PRANK on Shrenu Parikh!

She had a working birthday and had mentioned to us that her co-stars from Ishqbaaaz (Star Plus) got together to plan a surprise for her and that she felt emotional. We are already aware that all the actors of Ishqbaaaz are very close to each other so much that their high-spirited off-screen chemistry is double of what we watch on-screen.
And to make Shrenu’s big day a memorable one, all the actors including the director, Lalit Mohan pranked her and how! It so happened that Lalit was angry on the entire team for the delay in shoot. Shrenu was particularly guilty as she had reported late on the set due to her flight from her hometown, Baroda, Gujarat.

Splitsvilla and Roadies contestants raise the hotness quotient in INTM

The upcoming episode of India’s Next Top Model will be the hottest ever! Not only will the temptress, Malaika Arora give us a major throwback to her hot pole dance in Kaante Maahi Ve by doing a pole dance on the show but the contestants too will be raising the temperature this time around with a hot photo shoot. Contestants will be indulging in what they call, ‘Mandakini Photoshoot’.
As the name suggests, the girls had to be clad in hot white sarees and pose with hot, bare- chested models from Splitsvilla and Roadies, Baseer Ali, Nikhil Sachdeva and Mohit Hiranandani, to name a few. The frenzied chemistry between contestants was worth watching as they posed for the cameras while they got drenched in water.
On being a part of the photo shoot, Mohit Hiranandani said “To be honest , I considered myself a model till I came across this task. Looks easy. But damn it’s difficult. It’s difficult to hold your expression when the water is gushing down on you. And the ladder of rope swings away to glory. But all in all it was fun. A pretty steamy task too. Maybe they knew that the task would be steamy hence the regular supply of water. I think all the girls nailed it. They were so beautiful and all so headstrong about winning the game , it’s amusing in its own way.”

I’m accepted across the industry: Gauahar Khan

From a journey which started with modelling to featuring in music videos, reality TV shows and films, actress Gauahar Khan has come a long way in her showbiz career. She says she doesn’t feel the need to be in soap operas because as it is, she is “accepted (across) the industry”.
Gauhaur says people want to see her real side and, therefore, she likes to feature mostly in reality shows like she did in “Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 3” and “Bigg Boss 7”.
“I am accepted (across) the industry. The best part about my journey is that I have got more and more love, continuing love for Gauahar Khan, the personality than Gauahar Khan the actor, you know; so I feel like if reality is what people want to see me in, then that’s what I am going to give them,” Gauahar told IANS in an interview.
Meanwhile, she is also continuing her love for modelling as she walked the ramp for TV channel Romedy Now’s LOVE.LAUGH.LIVE collection in collaboration with designer Ken Ferns at the India Beach Fashion Week 2017. She is also coming up with a fashion line.
Gauahar, 34, took the acting plunge with Yash Raj Films’ “Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year”. She believes people can connect with her and that is the “greatest victory” for her.
“When people can relate to me for the person I am and women and girls of all ages come up to me and say that I am a kind of an inspiration for them, that’s what is my motto of life. That’s what I want to do. I want to influence people in a positive way. So, if reality television is that, so I think it works,” Gauahar said.
Due to an increased demand of online streaming apps in India, people tend to compare the quality and content on offer by foreign shows and sitcoms with those in India.
Asked if the comparison is fair, she says the budget of a single episode from foreign shores is like the “budget of an entire movie in India”.
“You can’t really make that comparison. It’s not fair because the budgets they have there for their TV sitcoms or the kind of shows you see on Netflix, are unimaginable. Yet, I am really not talking about the quality but about the content. I feel the content can get better in India, but the quality is unfair to compare. It’s because of their budgets that is crazy,” she said.
Of late, content-driven films are turning out to be bigger winners than the typical commercial, mainstream movies. Gauahar herself has been a part of such projects — “Begum Jaan” being a case in point.
Can we say the Hindi film industry is finally changing for the better?
“You can’t do a comparative study of what is better and what is not, because at the end of the day, going to the cinemas is about entertainment. So, content-driven also needs to somewhere make you feel happy, sad, broken or shocked. That’s all forms of entertainment, not just a no-brainer kind of comedy or dance,” Gauahar said.
The “Fever” actress feels as long as the audience in the theatre is entertained and “take something back for them, that’s what movie going and cinema love is all about”.
“The great example being ‘Golmaal’ doing wonders again; so, yeah, I guess you never know what the audience really wants to watch.”
