Sakshi Tanwar exchanges parenting notes with Ekta Kapoor

MUMBAI: Sakshi Tanwar, who is one of the most eminent television personalities, is very close to her producer friend Ekta Kapoor. She shared that she exchanges parenting notes with her.

Both Ekta and Sakshi, who collaborated for projects like Bade Acche Lagte Hai, and Karrle Tu Bhi Mohabbat, are single mothers.

In October 2018, Sakshi had adopted a nine-month old baby girl and named her Ditya, while Ekta announced the birth of her first child via surrogacy in January 2019. She named her son Ravie Kapoor.

Both the ladies often meet up for playdates, and in an interview with Midday recently, Sakshi revealed that she also exchanges some parenting notes with Ekta. “It’s one of the most beautiful phases of our lives, and we have so much to talk about and discuss,” she added.

She also spoke about her daughter. She said, “Dityaa knows exactly how to behave with her nana, nani, the nanny and me. Every time she does something wrong, she will flash this big grin and you can’t help falling for it.”

Fans ask Ace of Space contestant Fizah Khan if she is dating Vikas Gupta

MUMBAI: Fizah Khan was one of the most controversial contestants on the show Ace of Space, and the actress rose to fame with her stint in the house. She was one of the contestants who never got along with Divya and Varun and grabbed the headlines for the fights in the house.

MTV’s Ace of Space show was hosted by the mastermind of television Vikas Gupta, and this was the first time the ace producer was hosting a show. The show was a huge success and was loved by viewers.

Fizah recently used the Instagram feature Ask Me Anything to interact with her fans and well-wishers, and they did ask her some interesting questions. Well, one fan asked her if she was in a relationship, to which she replied saying that she wasn’t single.

Followed by that question, a fan asked if she was dating Vikas Gupta, to which the actress tagged Vikas and told him to answer the question.

“Boishakhi Jalsha 1426 is an ode to Bengal’s diversity of people, traditions and culture. It will showcase a scintillating opening act by Sandipta, who is all set to enthrall the viewers with her dance performance on “Esho Hey Boishakh” with an amalgamation of Bengal’s traditional dance forms of Chhau, Raibeshe and the likes. It will also witness a modern fusion performance by Tellywood’s favourite Sunny and Madhumita followed by an enticing dance performance by our Genx Bengali heartthrobs Swastika and Rudrajit. The celebrations will also play host to an enthralling dance- drama performance by Pallabi Sharma on Bratati Bandyopadhyay’s recitation of “Ami Shei Meye”, followed by a Baul fusion Gaan performance – a melodious concoction of tradition and modern with Kartik Das Baul, Pota and Gourab Das and many more. Special performances by the terrific trio of music Siddhu- Anindyo and Upal will also add that modern touch to the day of nostalgia and Bangaliana,” read a statement.

The show will also pay homage with a tributary act to RD Burman and his retro hits.

For example, you purchase a car, house or any new thing. Gudi Padva is the New Year for Maharashtrians, according to the Hindu calendar. The mythological reason for celebrating Gudi Padwa is that Lord Ram had returned back from Vansvas to Ayodhya and in that celebration, everybody had put Gudis outside their house to welcome him. That’s how people started celebrating Gudi Padwa,” she says.

Talking about how she celebrates the festival, Kishori says, “I celebrate Gudi Padwa every year, it is a big festival for us. I put a Gudi outside my house with flower garlands, mango and neem leaves, topped with an upturned silver or copper vessel nicely draped in a sari. We even wear new clothes on that day and mark the significance of a good omen, so all good things begin with Gudi Padva.”
