TV actors make sure that they maintain a fit body and indulge in healthy eating. On World Health Day, we caught up with small screen’s fittest actors to spill the beans on their workout regime. Take a look:
I prefer the combination of gymming, jogging and yoga so that I don’t get bored of doing the same thing every day.
I am more into gymming and jogging.
I mix all forms-functional, lifting and running. And above all, I eat healthy. Recently, I quit smoking so that’s made a lot of difference to my lifestyle.
After all these years, I have realised that fitness can be achieved anyway you want, with or without a gym. I like to run and do body weight training so I don’t necessarily need a gym. I can work out anywhere.
I do my street-fight workout once a week now, heavy weight training 3 times a week and early morning sprints and stretches on off days. I do test my endurance once a month by trekking or cycling long distance.
I prefer going to the gym and jogging every morning pre-lifting.
